Our Commitment
Everyday Recruit is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards to ensure we provide equal access to all users.
Conformance Status
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide array of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
Measures Taken
Everyday Recruit takes the following measures to ensure accessibility:
- Semantic HTML structure throughout the application
- ARIA labels, roles, and attributes on all interactive elements
- Keyboard navigation support for all features
- Proper color contrast ratios for text and UI elements
- Support for the
prefers-reduced-motionmedia query to respect user motion preferences - Skip navigation links for keyboard users
- Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images
- Live regions for dynamic content updates (e.g., analysis progress)
- Proper form labeling and error identification
- Focus indicators on all interactive elements
Compatibility
Everyday Recruit is designed to be compatible with the following assistive technologies:

Known Limitations
